Display period

(Section 17 PromO 2014): Once your registration is completed, your doctoral examination procedure commences. Your dissertation is sent to the examiners, with the request that it be assessed. This period of assessment takes two months.

After the assessment, your dissertation and the examiner's reports are on display at the Dean's Office for a period of two weeks, for viewing by all the authorised examiners at the Faculty of Arts and Humanities.

If the examiners all recommend accepting your dissertation, and if there are no objections during the display period, then your dissertation is deemed to be accepted by the Faculty of Arts and Humanities.
